PFM Auction September 2011

SVDC – Plants for Members

-         Is a SVDC Members Only Activity

-         These plants are scheduled for auction September 2011

In order to allow a greater percentage of our members to experience growing newer cultivars and to allow gifts to the club to benefit the largest number of people, a club plant program has been established. Plants are purchased by the club’s plants for members committee.   Club Members act as caretakers for these plants and must agree to return the plant in its entirety to the club at the meeting as requested by the Program Coordinator  to be auctioned to club members only.  Plants are nurtured for 18-36 months depending on time of year and rate of increase.
